In the UK. Clineso runs on UK-region infrastructure, and patient records, documents and audit logs never leave the country. Backups are encrypted daily, with point-in-time recovery up to 30 days.
Clineso routes workflow and never touches the clinical decision. It does not generate, suggest or approve prescribing decisions. Every decision is made by an appropriately qualified clinician and signed with their GMC or GPhC reference in the audit log.
Yes. Audit logs are append-only, and you can filter them by patient, by workflow or by date range and then export. Formatted CQC and GPhC inspection packs are on the roadmap.
Yes for single sign-on, with provisioning on the way. Single sign-on with Rajoka ID (OIDC) is included on the Clinic Group tier and available as an add-on elsewhere. SAML and SCIM provisioning are on the roadmap.
Most clinics are live within 14 days. Clinic Group customers get a dedicated implementation lead who sets up your intake questions, consent wording and document requirements, so day one on Clineso mirrors your last day on the old system.
