Open /practice/dpa to review the services that process patient data for your practice and acknowledge the current agreement for each one.
Review the register
Each processor row can show its role, data categories, data location, sub-processors, retention policy, DPA link, privacy link, and the version you have signed. The register is your practice's UK GDPR Article 28 record and supports the Article 13 privacy information shown to patients.
Acknowledge a new version
- Read the processor's current DPA and privacy links.
- Select Acknowledge with your full name as the typed signature.
- Confirm that the current version is recorded for your practice.
The page shows when a version was signed and how it was signed. If a processor changes its wording or sub-processors, the new version is marked Action needed while the earlier acknowledgement remains part of the history.
Share the patient notice
The public privacy notice is bundled into your booking and funnel experience. Share /privacy/<your-slug> from your website footer so patients can read the processor information before they submit their details.
