Tenant settings & integrations
Configure practice settings, senders, domains, payments, delivery, calendars, video, and other provider connections in Clineso.
Use /practice/settings to manage the practice URL, consent sequence, email and WhatsApp senders, integrations, and test messages.
Choose the right tab
- Workspace — for practice owners: update practice details and the workspace URL.
- Workflow — choose whether patients give consent before payment or after booking, and whether they can self-cancel from appointment reminders. Select Save workflow.
- Domains — add a domain you control, publish its SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records, then mark its verification status.
- Email senders — set the sender name, From address, reply-to address, linked domain, status, and default sender.
- WhatsApp senders — add a verified business number, sender name, status, and default sender.
- Integrations — connect Stripe, Royal Mail, Zoom, Calendly, Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, WhatsApp, Halo, a custom subdomain, or Certivus when your practice needs them.
- Test send — send a rendered message to a chosen contact.
Stripe uses Connect with Stripe. For services with credentials, select Connect or Manage, enter the provider details, and choose test or live when offered. Saved secrets are not shown again.
Protect your funnel
Open a funnel from the Leads workspace to adjust its per-funnel IP and email rate limits and its Meta-click requirement. Raise limits only when genuine traffic is being rejected.
