Getting started as a practice owner

Start with one bookable service and one active booking link. You can take bookings as soon as both are ready.

1. Sign up at /start-your-practice, verify your email, and finish creating your password. Clineso creates your practice and owner access automatically.
2. Add one appointment type or product. Open Scheduling → Appointment types → New type, or Catalogue → New product, then keep it Active.
3. Publish a booking link. Open Scheduling → Booking links → New link, choose the appointment type and clinician, enter a URL slug, leave Active selected, and choose Create link.
4. Share the link. Choose Copy URL beside the active link and add it to your website or send it to patients.

Optional setup

• Invite colleagues from Staff & Roles.
• Send from your own email from Settings → Email senders. Until then, Clineso sends patient messages on your behalf.
• Connect Stripe from Integrations when you are ready to charge for paid appointments or products. £0 consults do not need Stripe.
