Role guides

Manager guide — daily operations

Use the manager guide to coordinate patients, bookings, stock, payments, communications, delivery, and staff work in Clineso.

Role: Manager · you run the day-to-day practice operations. You don't prescribe or own the practice, but you control everything else — patient flow, dispatch, comms, finance, and staff scheduling.

Your dashboard (/practice/operations)

Your first stop each morning. Shows:

  • Outstanding requirements waiting for verification.
  • Dispatch queue — orders ready to ship.
  • Inventory alerts — low stock or expiring products.

Make it a habit to clear these three queues at the start of each session.

The daily loop

1. Requirements (/practice/requirements)

New patients submit BMI photo, ID, and consent before their case goes to a clinician. Your job:

  • Check each document is clear and meets the policy standard.
  • Click Verify if acceptable, Reject if the patient needs to resubmit (they get notified automatically).
  • Once all requirements are verified, the case auto-promotes to Ready for review.

2. Cases — read-only view

You can see all cases and their status (requirements pending → ready → under review → approved/declined → issued). You cannot make clinical decisions — those belong to the clinician.

3. Dispatch (/practice/dispatch)

When a clinician issues a prescription, an order appears here in queued status.

  • Review the order details.
  • Print a Royal Mail label (if integrated).
  • Mark as dispatched when the parcel leaves the building.

4. Inventory (/practice/inventory)

  • Check low-stock alerts and reorder from supplier.
  • Log incoming stock when deliveries arrive.
  • Check expiry alerts — near-expiry stock needs to be used or written off.
