Reviewing a case
Review a patient’s record, documents, measurements, and product answers before approving, requesting more information, or declining the case.
Review the full clinical record, then approve, request more information, or decline the case with a recorded reason.
Review the case
Open /practice/clinical, choose a case, and check:
- the patient header, age, date of birth, BMI, location, GP details, and current status;
- questionnaire answers, submitted requirements, uploaded documents, photos or body-map notes, and product-form answers;
- BMI and weight trends, the medication timeline, the clinical record, interactions, repeat information, and charting;
- the decision history and any previous request for more information.
Record the outcome
- Select Claim when the case is waiting for review.
- Select Approve, add optional patient notes, and continue to prescribing when the case is suitable.
- Select Request more info, enter the question, and send it. The patient can reply in the portal; the case returns for review after they respond.
- Select Decline, enter the required reason, and send it. The patient sees the reason and the case is closed.
Each decision is recorded in the case history and cannot be edited or deleted. Read-only staff can review cases but cannot record a decision.
