Get paid
Connect Stripe, take booking payments or deposits, track refunds, and reconcile what your UK private clinic has been paid.
You can run £0 consults without Stripe. Stripe is optional and currently test-only while card charging is deferred.
- To run a free consult, create or edit an appointment type in Scheduling → Appointment types, set Price to £0, and leave Active (bookable) selected.
- When you are ready to charge, open Integrations, find Stripe, and choose Connect with Stripe.
- Finish the Stripe connection, then set a price on the appointment type or product patients will buy.
- A patient who books a paid service pays through Stripe. Stripe sends the money to your practice’s connected Stripe account; Clineso does not hold it.
