Nurse guide
Use the nurse guide to review patient information, requirements, measurements, and clinical requests within your permitted Clineso role.
Role: Nurse · you support clinical workflows — reviewing patient requirements, taking measurements, supporting consultations, and flagging concerns to the prescribing clinician.
Your surfaces
You share the manager workspace. Focus areas:
Patient requirements (/practice/requirements)
Review uploaded patient documents (BMI photo, ID, consent). Verify that documents are acceptable before a case goes to the prescribing clinician.
- Verify a requirement: it passes to the clinician.
- Reject a requirement: patient is notified to resubmit.
Clinical cases (/practice/clinical)
Read-only view of cases and clinical notes. You can add clinical notes and record measurements (weight, BMI, blood pressure) but cannot issue prescriptions.
Measurements
On the patient's clinical case page → Measurements section → Add reading. Measurements feed the patient-facing trend chart.
Key rules
- You cannot issue prescriptions — that is the clinician's sole authority.
- Clinical records you create are immutable once signed — amend via addendum only.
- Interaction checks run automatically when a clinician issues a prescription; flag any concerns before the case reaches them.
Escalation path
If you spot a clinical concern in requirements or measurements:
- Add a clinical note on the case with your observation.
- Flag verbally to the assigned clinician.
- Use More info requested on the case if the patient needs to resubmit information.
