Dispatch — Royal Mail Click & Drop
Buy Royal Mail labels, print a 2x2 A4 label sheet, create a manifest, and keep prescription tracking current from Clineso.
Use /practice/dispatch to buy Click & Drop labels, print a four-label sheet, manifest parcels, and resynchronise tracking.
Create a label
- Find an order marked queued and select Buy label.
- Clineso sends the patient's address and parcel details to Royal Mail, then stores the returned label and tracking number.
- Fix missing address, postcode, or phone details if the label is refused.
Print and manifest
- Select up to four labelled orders.
- Select Generate sheet to open one A4 PDF with the labels in a 2×2 layout.
- Print, peel, and attach the labels.
- Select Manifest and confirm only the parcels you have dispatched.
- Save the returned manifest PDF. Manifesting is the step that charges Click & Drop, so it is refused while Royal Mail is in test mode.
Correct or refresh an order
- Select Re-buy to cancel the unmanifested Click & Drop order and create a fresh label with corrected details. A manifested order cannot be deleted through the provider.
- Select Re-sync to pull the latest Royal Mail status and tracking number.
Set up the connection at /practice/settings → Integrations → Royal Mail. Enter the Click & Drop token, choose test while trialling, or live when you are ready to incur charges.
