Tracking your delivery
Check your prescription delivery status, tracking details, and the next step when your UK clinic has dispatched your order.
When your prescription is approved and dispatched, you get a Royal Mail tracking link delivered by two channels: email and WhatsApp. The same link also appears on your dashboard.
What the link does
Clicking the tracking link takes you to Royal Mail's customer-facing track-and-trace page:
https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/<number>
This is the same page Royal Mail show on their own website. We don't proxy or mirror it — you're going directly to Royal Mail.
Statuses you'll see
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Queued | Approved, awaiting label printing |
| Labeled | Postage bought, in dispatch queue |
| Dispatched | Parcel handed to Royal Mail |
| In transit | Royal Mail is moving it |
| Out for delivery | On the van today |
| Delivered | Royal Mail confirmed delivery |
The dashboard reflects the latest known status. We re-sync from Royal Mail when you open the page so it stays current without spam-polling.
Estimated delivery
The approval WhatsApp / email includes an estimated delivery date based on the service the clinic ships you on (typically Royal Mail Tracked 24 / 48).
Where do I find the link if I lost the email?
Three places:
- Patient dashboard → Delivery card → tracking link button
- WhatsApp — search the clinic's number for "tracking"
- Email — search your inbox for "tracking"
If none of those have the link, message the clinic via your dashboard — they can re-send it.
