Invoices, GP letters, and consent forms
Upload requested evidence and find your clinic documents in one patient portal, with clear guidance on accepted files and status.
Every patient has a Documents section on their dashboard where the clinic-generated PDFs live. You can download any of them at any time.
What you'll find here
- Invoice — VAT-compliant invoice for your purchase, suitable for HSA / insurance reimbursement
- GP letter (if you opted in) — a letter to your GP listing your prescribed medication and dose, generated automatically when the prescription is issued
- Signed consent form — copy of the form you signed, with the exact wording you saw, your timestamp, and the IP you signed from

Click any document to download. The link is a signed URL — it expires after a short window for security. Click again to get a fresh one.
Opting in to a GP letter
By default, no GP letter is generated. To opt in:
- Open your account settings (avatar menu → Account)
- Check Send a copy to my GP
- Provide your GP's email address
- Save
From then on, every approved prescription generates a GP letter and emails it directly to your GP. The letter is also added to your Documents section.
If you change your mind, untick the box at any time — letters already sent can't be unsent, but no future letters will go out.
Privacy
Invoices, GP letters, and consent forms are personal medical records. They're stored encrypted and only you (and clinic staff with a need to access) can read them.
