For patients

Reordering a medication

Request a reorder from an eligible prescription, answer any product questions, and see what your clinician must approve next.

When you need a refill, you don't repeat the full intake. Sign in, open the dashboard, and click Reorder on your active medication card.

What's different from the first time

The reorder flow is a short review form โ€” not a fresh qualifying quiz. We ask only the things that change between prescriptions:

  • Has your weight / BMI changed?
  • Any new health conditions or medications since last time?
  • Any side effects you'd like the clinician to know about?
  • (For BP-monitored drugs only) Latest blood-pressure reading.

Custom intake form

If your medication has a custom intake form (e.g. blood-pressure-monitored drugs), the form appears as part of the reorder. See the product intake forms guide.

Snapshot vs version

Every reorder submission is versioned. The clinician sees which version of the intake form you filled, so even if the form changes after you've submitted, your record reflects the exact question set you answered.

After you submit

The clinician reviews your reorder the same way as a first-time prescription. You see the same ๐ŸŸข / ๐ŸŸก / ๐Ÿ”ด status changes on your dashboard. Once approved, dispatch is fully automatic โ€” a tracking link arrives by email + WhatsApp.

How fast is reorder?

Reorders without flags are typically approved within hours, not days. The clinician already has your history, ID, and consent on file โ€” they're verifying nothing's changed materially.

Reorders with new health flags (e.g. you started a new medication) may take longer or get a ๐ŸŸก more-info-needed follow-up.
