Traffic-light status
See what your Clineso case status means, what your clinic needs next, and when you can expect clinical review or a message.
Your prescription has one of three states. The literal ๐ข ๐ก ๐ด light at the top of your dashboard shows you which.
๐ข Green โ Approved
Your clinician has approved your prescription.
What's happening next:
- The order is queued for dispatch.
- The clinic prints a Royal Mail label and ships your parcel.
- You receive your tracking link by email and WhatsApp the moment the parcel ships.
- Your Documents section gets a copy of your invoice (and GP letter if you opted in).
You don't need to do anything else.
๐ก Amber โ More info needed
The clinician needs something more before they can decide.
What you do:
- Open the More info requested card on your dashboard.
- Read the clinician's question.
- Reply in the textbox โ and optionally attach a fresh photo if asked for one.
- Submit. The case moves back into review.
See the more-info reply guide for detail.
๐ด Red โ Declined
The clinician decided this programme isn't appropriate for you right now. The reason is shown on your dashboard.
Common reasons:
- BMI below threshold
- Contraindication (pregnancy, thyroid history, etc.)
- Incomplete or inconsistent intake
You can contact the clinic if you'd like to discuss the decision or ask about alternatives โ the ยฃ30 Patient Unsure screening consult is a good way to get a 1:1 conversation without committing to a full programme.
When does the colour change?
In real time. You don't have to refresh โ the moment the clinician acts, your dashboard updates and you receive a WhatsApp / email matching the new status.
